Hindu College won the match held in the Hindu college grounds last Saturday  (15.07.06).
Hindu college won the toss and elected to bat first. Openers disappointed the start but two
down middle order batsmen S. Umesh scored a blazing century to give our school a hope.
He scored 120 runs in just 100 balls, gave Science College bowlers  a leather hunt. While
Kugeshan with a 46 balls 46 gave a fine support. At the end of 53 overs we were 298/ 9
declared. Then we started to our powers with the ball. Right arm leg spinner Sharmilan captured five wickets. They were all out for a mere 119. Our new coach Mr. Prashath started his career with a 179 run victory. Giving our college first victory for this season.
